Dinnertime

Tonight's Dish: leftover ribeye steak (from Peter Luger's) with grape tomatoes and roasted brussels

Since workouts are somewhat hard to come by, I have to keep tabs on what I'm eating in order to work towards that pre-baby weight. So I'm trying to get into cooking and eating cleaner which leads to some surprisingly filling and tasty dinners.  Lucky me, though, that last night's leftovers turned into today's dish. Also, so strange I like brussel sprouts now - when did that happen?
