New crunch classes: Kangoo & Beaming

I love Kangoo - it's really fun - and soon soon soon hopefully I'll be teaching it - here's me doing a demo with lead instructor, Mario Green. Oh and video of us demo'ing Beaming - another new class to debut at crunch this season. Love tv cameos!!
